I need to report an error
Upon check out my shopping cart I can see and thus review the details of my order, including the chosen print technique (DP, flex, flock).
However once ordered this information is no longer shown in the confirmation email, nor when I go to the details of my order in "My Orders".
Please fix this so that details of my order keeps on showing the chosen print technique. So I can verify that the received goods where indeed printed using the chosen technique, and I guess, so that Spreadshirt itself also knows what printing technique was requested?
The determination of the printing method is automated, so the method is no longer displayed. We are also moving to entirely printing with Digital Direct.
