Hi, it is important that you keep voting for this so I can argue for this feature request in upcoming team meetings. (with many different developments going on, it is important for us to prioritize – and the number of votes is a good indication)
I think there is a problem applying changes. At first, the system allow me to apply changes in "T-Shirt Designer option" and in "Edit Shop Settings". Now I have no "Apply Changes" button in the global settings menu.2 votes
Hi, I just checked. I don’t see any Spreadshirt designs in your T-Shirt-Designer right now. Seems to be a temporary thing.
Concerning the deleted designs which are still showing: There is a delay. It takes up to three days until the changes become effective right now. (Same as new products which take longer than usual to show up).
I will let you know as soon as we know why there is a different number of designs on different domains!

I would like to copy product colors from one design to another - or add a new design to an existing one. (To save time editing).
Rignt now the product colors seem to be chosen randomly and I have to edit them to avoid dark designs on dark products.
If I could choose 'dark products + light design', 'light products + dark design' and 'colored products' (maybe even 'red/pink etc. products)', that could help a lot too.3 votes
Hi, your account is currently based on the user area. That’s an old shop administration user interface which is not being updated anymore. In the future, all shop owners will be using the partner area, which is more user-friendy than the user area. Since the partner area is still in its beta phase with some important features still missing, it will take some time until you can be migrated to this new system. Until then, we are making sure that it will offer most of the features you mentioned.
I used to like Spreadshirt but now some person on the spreadshirt team came up with the worst idea ever...this grouped or collection thing. If I want to select a single product then why is it FORCING me to put some other products up that I don't want. You have lost a lot of customers off of this stupid idea. Revert back to the original spreadshirt or I and many others will leave this website.3 votes
I created a few designs with product collection but almost all of my products are not showing up in the marketplace. The only product that is in the marketplace is the first tshirt design I created but it is shown in a hoodie with different color. Even in my statistics page it shows 'None of your products are on the Marketplace.'. It's been more than a week, none of the products are shown in the marketplace.1 vote

Both in my shop and when I go to sort the order of my products it's just filled with products, colours, etc. that are not the ones i have selected and designed under motives.

We fixed a few bugs of the basket a month ago. Your browser might have cached an old version of the shop. Please try to delete your cache and try again. let me know in case you still encounter the problem.

Hi! I looked at your inactive shop. What do you mean by random? Are there products showing which you haven’t created or are there products missing which you want to be visible?
I have a Spreadshirt shop which has been embedded in a Squarespace website. The problem I'm having is, some of the shop icons are not displaying correctly for some reason. The cart icon is appearing as the letter 'C' and the zoom/magnifying glass icon is appearing as the letter 'Z'. Has anyone experienced this before or know how to fix it?

There should be some pre-defined positions of the graphics.
I really need the possibilty to add 2 different graphics to the same product. It used to be possible in the old user interface, but since the new interface has been rolled out, you can only add 1 logo to each product, which seems very very strange.1 vote

Please bring this. It's very important for us. US residents can opt-in but not canadians. Both Spreadshirt and partners would benefit from it. Less transaction fees from paypal, faster payments, easier tax statements, no risk of withholding, ...
Why it's available for US but not Canada ? Canadian residents just have to open an USD bank account if the reason is about foreign currency exchange.
