I am promoting new items I've added and I've been waiting for them to be visible to customers ALL DAY, still nothing. Frustrated. Please help!4 votes

Every time a item is selected from my store it doesn't go to that specific item to purchase, it goes to the mens T-shirt. I have a newly launched store that I promoted to my subscribers and would love to have this resolved ASAP please.

So, a lot of times I like to go on my shop and look at my shirts and everything and for the most part it works fine, one of my products is a long sleeve shirt but every time i click it, instead of it being a long sleeve it shows the short sleeve shirt and I have no idea how to fix this.2 votes

your 2x fits like a large and the 3x is never in stock and limited.. many would pay more for the option of a larger women shirt selection...2 votes

You can add hats to your store! Just pick the design you want to add the hats on and in the design settings, click “Edit” in Product groups. There you can enable the product group “Hats”.

I've created 3 different product groups but only 1 is showing up on my market place. Each product is showing its active, yet its not showing up. What am I doing wrong here?4 votes

I changed the position and size of my design on my hoodies and it's being applied to my premium hoodies, but not my standard hoodies. In fact I don't even get to see my standard hoodies or select/unselect them when I am adjusting my design options. Please help.1 vote

Thanks for the suggestion, it has been a topic of discussion at times. As of now, we have prioritised simplicity of use over the two-factor authentication. That’s not to say, the feature will never be added.
I wanted to make a sweatshirt with a design on the front back and sleeves but so far it wont let me put a design on the sleeves, it just shows a error symbol and i don't know if its the dimensions or just a bug, Please help!1 vote
What kind of a file type are you using? We can currently only print with Flex on sleeves, so you’d have to use a vector-file. PNG/JPG-files don’t work and will result in an error message.
Be able to disable white shirts for white designs for example.5 votes

Hi Kristina, unfortunately that is not possible in the New Partner Area. It is something that might be introduced at some point in the future, but as of now there is no timeline as there are other features that are of a higher priority.

I want to be able to print my logo inside the neck of the apparell I'm designing, either on a sew on label or directly on the fabric. Custom labels elsewhere on t shirts would be fine as well.3 votes
